I was the Prom Princess in my junior year (we had Junior/Senior proms)
and DH was the Prom King (different years, he is three years older than me)

Junior prom was "Famous Final Scene" because it was the last year the HS was open.........y'all think my town is small now, the one I was raised in graduated 42 kids in DH's class..........that is no typo 42

We all knew each other pretty darn well. We all were in every sport, basketball, baseball, soccer (no football, too small), band, chorus.

I am still a small town lover. It was wonderful (though boring) growing up there, and very safe. I feel the same way about the town we are raising our children in now. Very small, very safe, very good place to raise up youngsters.

G'Night all, pleasant dreams :)

she is probably in a corner somewhere, rocking back and forth, and muttering some not so nice words about the in-laws!

a waste?? A WASTE??? :scared1:

I didn't mean it like that I meant that I would miss out on the fun everyone was having and I would be commenting on the old news instead of the fun new stuff ::yes:: None of you are a waste to me you are like a second family

My kids were expecting something along the lines of Quaker Valley Granola Bars, I think....... those are yummy, by the way (granola bars)

Quaker makes these new sweet ans salty bars. My kids, and I, love them. They are more along the lines of peanut brittle that won't break your teeth.

Ok here is my psycho mother story:

Friday night I had dance rehearsals and there was this mother and daughter in the locker room and the mother was making the girl practice her ballet dance over and over for like over 2 hours (she even brought the music with her). When it was finally the girls turn to go on stage to practice with her class she messed up. When she got off stage the mother was yelling at her and calling her stupid (the girl was like 8 years old) I couldn't believe that the mother was taking it so seriously, dance is supposed to be fun :confused3

wow! :scared1: I have seen these things a lot when my DS played baseball. Some parents are way too hard on their kids! :worried:

I just bought the Reeses sweet and salty granola bars with peanuts. They are a candy bar, don't be fooled!
