I was just about ready to hop in the minivan and drive to So Cal to fill up!

I am using my margarita glass right now, but it is full of diet coke. I did the adult slushie thing last night, and it sort of kicked me in the butt this morning.

I worked really hard this afternoon.
First, I had to FIND the hedge trimmers (electric).
Then I trimmed and trimmed and trimmed.
But, I only got two shrubs done.
I have MANY MANY MANY more to go.
Those two look damn good, though!
I am now giving myself a break.
Our shrubs are now 14 years old, and they are humungous!
Who would have known when we planted those little bitty plants.

They seemed to go pretty well. I mean on the exam my teacher used some words that I couldn't remember what they meant but other than that good!!
