turning40--he turned 4 a couple of months ago and it was his friend Hyperactive Boy who came over. It was the first time I'd ever had Hyperactive Boy to our house (with his mom, of course and his little sister Little Miss Amazing). I was kind of nervous, but it turned out ok. DS was very polite, didn't have a problem sharing his toys and we even had lunch with Hyperactive Boy. All three kids helped clean up and then they went home. So it was, I'm guessing, a relative success.![]()
Imma having Indian food tonight!
Rich::
that's funny! Life would be easier if we had money trees! Could you imagine that?
those are the only kind I buy for all three boys (so it probably won't get any better)WHY oh why can't they make all boys' pants with the adjustable waist thingers in them?
For that matter, why can't they make shirts with adjustable hemlines?
DS is very skinny and on the tall side of average for a child his age--40 lbs and not quite 42 inches tall. He's got an incredibly long torso which seems to be getting longer by the minute. We bought him some 4t sized shirts for his birthday a few months ago and he's already 'grown' out out of them. They still fit in the chest/shoulders but if he raises his arms, we all get to look at his tummy.
Also..I've been wondering if they make fake butts for kids. Seriously. DS has a non-butt, which means his pants fall down all the time because there's nothing there to help keep them up.![]()
starting diet stinks... the first week is hell..I hear Dory in my head..just keep swimming...![]()

With two pre and pre pre teen DD's, Jamie Lynn has made my life a little uncomfortable lately........ though I guess I should welcome the real life opportunity to discuss these sensitive issues with my DD's. DD9 does not really get it yet.......she still insists that Jamie Lynn didn't mean to get pregnant, without really knowing what that entails....::cop:
You're DVC, right? Will you get the meal plan?
