You sound just like me. That's why I try to stay away from arguments. I'll think of good things I should have said days later when I'm thinking about Things.( Did anyone understand that?)

avoidance works well for me, too. I hate to argue, even with DH. Of course, he never realizes I am mad and have stopped speaking to him......then I just have to give up and talk to him again. I feel a little better after snubbing him for awhile, even though he doesn't notice!!!

Ever notice how it is NEVER those kids that get hurt? But take your eyes off your OWN for five seconds.......and there is sure to be a problem requiring a bandaid and a hug.
