I think that lots of people make something with cabbage at this time of the year since cabbage is always on sale this week at the supermarket - 8 or 9 cents a pound.

Today was an interesting day..... So I had to go in for an HR meeting that was scheduled for four hours and after about 45 minutes, the head of HR decided she was pretty much done.
I asked what in the world I was supposed to do with myself since all my work is at home (figured I would go home and finish my day). They told me to take the rest of the day off
I went and had some green beer

I make stuffed cabbage from time to time. It's really good, with a sweet and sour sauce.
