Depending on your hatred, you may want to look at some of the sites about autistic at Disney. They tend to have listings of restrooms with regards to auto flush and hand driers so that people who are sensitive to the noises they make can avoid them.

I dislike them too! Seems to just be blowing air to distribute germs and stir them all over the place. Give me paper towels - don't remember any restroom without them.
