I have already received my luggage tags and booklet my flight was changed to earlier in the day and also my flight home had changed... do I need to call disney to tell them about the flight changes or because i already have my stuff i should be all set?

Your flight time really doesn't matter when you arrive, but it does for your return to the airport. You will be picked up ~ 3 hours prior to your flight, so you should notify Disney of your new flight time.

To reduce confusion and reduce the chance of something else getting screwed up, don't bother fixing the Magical Express return to the airport until after you get to Orlando.

I agree - don't try to correct it before you get to Orlando. And, if your flight numbers are the same, there's no need to correct anything.

As long as your flight number has stayed the same you do not need to notify DME or Disney of anything. They can see the correct time for the flight based on the flight number.

If you flight number has changed then you do need to provide them with the new flight number for your flight home.
