The campaign is that most people have a sweet tooth. The guy in the Wendy's commercial has a Ranch tooth. The tooth follows the guy everywhere and says Ranch every two seconds, literally.

I love all the different expressions on the tooth's face! Especially at the end when the one guy says "Could you please tell the tooth to shut up?" or whatever, and the tooth looks all innocent.
