Ramada Gateway Inn, need opinions please

My BIL, his wife, and their two children are taking their first trip to WDW in January!

They have booked the Ramada Gateway Inn. They aren't looking for anything fancy, just clean and with good shuttle service.

If anyone has stayed there could you please give me your opinion on this property. Also, if you used the shuttle, how was the shuttle service?
