Rainy day characters at resorts

just wondering if anyone could help me here. I know that Disney has designated certain resorts for characters to visit unannounced on very rainy days. (I was lucky enough to catch them last year at POR).
Tuesday is my last day here at Pop Century and it's suppose to be very rainy. Does anyone know if Pop or Art of Animation is one of the designated resorts?

Only heard of that during very bad storms where guests were confined to their resorts.

Pooh and Mickey were at Art of Animation today!

We've been at WDW for one hurricane and 3 tropical storms. The hurricane day was the only time we saw characters at the resort.

At AKL today we had mickey donald pluto goofy and his nephew and a pinochio fox? And captain hook smee and stitch. Not sure why so many
