Rainforest Coconut Curry Sauce

Does anyone have ANY idea what is the Coconut Curry sauce that comes with the Awesome Appetizers at Rainforest?? My goodness, I almost drank what was left, it was so good. I wrote Landry's, they won't share.

I too love this sauce I'll have to work on a knock-off. I have an idea of what's in there but I'll have to play with it. If my idea works I'll let you know.
