Do you generally need reservations for this location? Just wondernig what the queues might be like if we just try our luck.

We arrive Sunday in Paris around noon .. hopefully by the time we get to the hotel via shuttle we should have a few hours to walk around the park then wanted to get something to eat there and just take the evening to recover.

3 days to go!! I am so excited and our kids still don't know yet - is going to be a big surprise!

Hi Lyssa,

If you eat outside of peak times the queues are minimal. Its more of a problem between 12 -2 and from 5pm ish onwards with the peak being when either of the parks close.

I hope you have a truly magical trip and that the children love their surprise.:goodvibes

pixiedust: Enjoy :thumbsup2

i dont think the rainforest cafe takes reservations, but i think if you went before 8pm you wouldn't have to wait too long. longest we've waited was 25 mins :) and you can wander around disney village while waiting too.

Have a fantastic time.

If the Rainforest Cafe is anything like the one in Orlando it will be amazing.

You can not book the Rainforest Cafe by Disney Reservation Line, Cityhall, etc..
(Rainforest Cafe is not owned by Disney ScA.)

When you enter the Restaurant you do have to make a reservation
on that moment. (its more putting like putting you on a waiting list)
--- this only happens when it is busy ---

They give you a time when you can enter the main restaurant area.
In the mean time you can shop in their store, have a drink at the bar
(I do have to say that the bar is also most of the times very busy) or
do something else.

Just while you are talking about Rainforest, would it be suitable for our middle boy aged 4 - I have read that the rainstorm can be a bit scary for the younger ones. My 4 year old could be scared by this so we dont want to spoil the experience for him !!

I don't think he will be scared at all. But, I would advice you to enter the
restaurant and ask a staffmember for a short tour around the restaurant
(i am sure they will be happy to help you) and see if your 4 year old
still has a smile on his face.
