Rainforest Cafe-how far in advance for reservations?

Does anyone know how far in advance you can make reservations at Rainforest Cafe? We are a party of 8 people and made the mistake of trying to wait stand by in Downtown Disney last October. It was an over 2 hour wait, so we gave up. We would really like to take the kids there in November when we arrive on Nov. 14 (a Wednesday). Our boys really love it there

They take reservations a year in advance.

We were there during that week in Nov last year and walked in for lunch. I think we waited 10 min tops? I don't know how long in advance they take ressies, but in my experience it is not that busy then.
