We walked up 10 minutes before our reservation time and were told that we could be seated because the restaurant was empty. We stood in the "elephant line" for 10 minutes waiting to be seated.

Finally, we were taken to a table by a hostess with an attitude. She tossed our menus on the table and told us that our waitress would be over shortly.

After 10 minutes our waitress came over to ask what we would like to drink. Three teas and a sprite took nearly another 10 minutes to get.

When she came back with our drinks she started to walk off and we told her we were ready to order, she told us she would be back.

She came back about 5 minutes later, we asked for some food preparation changes and we were told that was not possible. We asked her if she could check with the kitchen, she said okay, walked away and came right back in like 1 minute and told us no.

We ordered 3 items from the menu to share and she left. About 10 minutes passed and she came with our food. The wait time for the food was not bad.

The food was mediocre at best. We ordered quesadillas, chicken strips and cheese sticks. It was not that good and the food was not very hot for coming out so quickly.

We did not see our waitress again until she brought the check, I handed her my credit card, she took it, came back with the slip and we never saw her again after that.

Overall, though it was clean, I still give the restaurant an F.

I could not agree more! RFC at DTD was our WORST meal in our 11 day trip by far!

Sorry you had such a bad time at RFC.

My experience could not be more opposite from yours. We did not have reservations. We walked in & were immediately seated, but it was lunch time. Our food was some of the best we encountered and the service was great. Hopefully you'll have a better experience should you decide to try it again.

This is exactly why we don't eat at the one at DD or AK. We have them in Chicago and have eaten at two different ones here and also the one in Las Vegas. Terrible service and overpriced food. Not worth it in our opinion.

I am glad you had a good experience.

For us, we will not be trying it again. This was the 2nd time we tried it and it was basically a repeat of the first. Except we were sat in about 5 minutes the first time.
