Do I need admission to Animal Kingdom Park in order to go to Rainforest Cafe? to eat I am tryng to plan some non park dining meals and not using park admission.

Art 1 is correct. The entrance is to the left when you are walking up to the gate. It is right before the turnstiles.

Just in case you are staying offsite, you would need to pay for parking. Regardless, you could go to the one at DTD and skip the whole tollbooth thing. My friends and family like that one better anyway since they think it seems bigger and less hectic.

You don't need a park ticket to eat at the Rainforest in AK. BTW, don't know if you're planning breakfasts, but that's one of our favorite Disney breakfast spots! Their breakfast pizza was so big that DH & I couldn't finish one together (& we're big breakfast eaters)! Plus, it's really yummy. Have a great time!

Nope! No park admission necessary. The Rainforest in Downtown Disney is really nice as well, we always choose to eat there instead.
