Rainforest Cafe at AK

Hi all,

Does anyone know what time Rainforest Cafe stays open until at AK? We are planning to visit the park in September and would like to do dinner there, but have noticed the park usually closes at 5pm in September.

We just came back today from a weekend at WDW and ate at the AK Rainforest Cafe on Friday. Our reservations were for 6:30, and they probably kept seating people until about 7:00.

A very strange thing happened during our meal. One of my friends ordered the crabcake sandwich and really didn't like it. He asked if he could send it back and order something else. While the staff offered to take it off of his bill, they couldn't make him another meal because the kitchen had closed. It was probably 7:30 by the time we had gotten our entrees, and I guess they just shut things down after the last orders of the day had been processed.

Yes, they seat until 7pm at night. We had a reservation for last Thursday, but daughter ended up with a headache that put her down for a few hours. I called and they said we can go on stand-by until they stop seating at 7pm. We went out in town to Carabas (sp?) about 8pm.
