Rainforest Cafe - AK or DTD

I'm sure this has been asked before but the search is just hanging everytime I try to use it.

Is one RFC better than the other? We are looking at eating fairly early. We will have spent the day at AK and then are planning on going to DTD at night. So either would be convenient to us.

I have eaten at both and to be honest I don't remember there being that significant a difference - we liked eating at both of them.
I think the only thing I would say is that there would probably be more of a queue at the DTD one, but if your eating early shouldn't be an issue.

DTD does get crazily crowded; it seems to be much less so at the AK location. Personally, I'd opt for that location.

I enjoy both locations. Although, I prefer to eat at the DTD location for the fact that it is in DTD. With the animal kingdom one, you have to eat, then tram or walk to your car. After doing this, as you plan on going to DTD, you would have to drive over there. Knowing myself fairly well, after I eat, if I sit down, I get lazy, haha. I would rather leave DAK, go to my car, then head over to DTD and eat. After which I can walk off the Volcano.

I've eaten at both and found the food at the DTD location to be better prepared but more crowded!

We prefer the AK location over DTD. Not sure why though.

Thanks everyone. I will put this to dh. His original thought was to go to DTD, mine was to go to AK.
