Rainforest cafe-A.K- good for coeliacs?

Hi,

Trying to get my ADR's booked for Feb 2008. We are wondering about making a reservation at Rainforest cafe in A.K. but one of our party is coeliac (allergic to gluten wheat etc) and I can't find out if the menu can be adapted for her.

Any coeliacs who have visited this restauarant please share your experience.
Any other useful info would be great!

I posted pictures of what we ate that was Gluten Free at Rainforest. In my link.

I loved it! The kids loved it! They were REALLY REALLY SLOW, however. It took them some time. They had some pre made gluten free bread and they made us burgers, with all the sides, and they did have GF french fries, but we opted for chips and pickles. We had fun drinks and the kids loved the atmosphere. They really want to go back. It may have been the SLOWEST service of any place we ate, but it was still a great time for our family.
