Rainforest at AK

We changed our first day plans recently and are now going to AK. So, we decided to change our ADR. Our first choice was Sanaa, but Boma would ahve been o.k. too. Of course, with it being so late, there were no decent time available, so we opted for Rainforest Cafe. Although we are on the dining plan, I know this would be oop. We do have a $10.00 off coupon. My question-is it worth it to pay for this oop, or should we just opt for counter service?

How old is your child? Some little ones are frightened by the animal noises. Mine always LOVED going there. So much to see and hear. We never got reservations just sat at the bar in the funky animal bar stools. They have great smoothies and good pub grub.

I did this once and won't do it again. My 5 yr old was not exactly scared but not comfortable being there either. The food was not worth it either. We prefer counter service to it.
