Rain today

Just woke up and its pouring outside. Any suggestions on what to do with an 11 yo today? We are at OKW.

Go to Magic Kingdom!! Lots of people won't go because of the rain. Grab a couple of ponchos and hopefully you will be walking onto most rides in a little while. Have a good day!

Or you can go to Epcot, most of the things you will do are inside. But a little water won't hurt you, Will it!!!!!

I second a trip to the MK. We've found rainy days to be great - lots of people don't bother going and lines are short. Rain ponchos don't keep you completely dry but who cares when it is warm out! Hope the all day rains are this week - we are flying down on Sunday to OKW.

Have fun!! We just returned yesterday afternoon. Rained all day Tuesday and was pouring when we left on Wednesday. We did spend a few hours at EPCOT on Tuesday. We never got to use SAB during our 3 day visit at BCV.

Go to Community Hall and play darts/pool/foosball/air hockey.

Check out board games or videos.

Check today's schedule for any craft projects.

I'm with those going to Epcot. This is August and it can be horribly hot and miserable at WDW. Crowds will be down too.

Put on your bathing suits and hit the parks

Have fun playing in the rain! I've read some live reports this week that have said lines are short, go to the parks, splash in puddles and have a great time

i like the idea of putting on your swimsuit and heading to MK or Epcot! Lots of indoor rides so go and enjoy!
