We start the day at Epcot once again. It is raining and all of a sudden we turned on our brains and bought, yes, I said bought, 9 ponchos. Doesn't matter that Sheri had 6 back at the resort that we have never bothered to dig out and bring. Let's buy new ones. Now that we have managed to get soaked the previous 3 days.
Poncho's purchased we hit Whatever the name is Coca Cola booth. All names escape me at this hour so I will just have to show in pictures. I knew about the Beverly and no one else did. I had prime prospects entering the building. Sheri was late as she had to make a pit stop somewhere first. So by the time she arrived I had managed to capture everyone having a "taste test"
Mike was my first guina pig as we were celebrating his Birthday week
Then Sandi for her Birthday celebration
TIm thought they were actually joking so we convinced him to try.
Austin was so busy laughing as Sandi tossing her cookies in the trash can that it took him a minute to try.
Andrew thought they were nuts so he tried. He refused to say it tasted bad.
Ok, I tried it.
Of course Don wouldn't cause he thinks all soda tastes like that anyway.
We couldn't convice Sheri to try it after what she walked in on.
We then headed to World Showcase. We adults had decided to drink our way around the world. I think the rain put a littlel damper on our outcome. We did manage to have a grand time anyway. Sandi and Austin decided they wanted to pose for pictures at every country. They always manage to do something goofy when they are together. Thank goodness it was just pictures they wanted.
I will let our pictures speak for the awesome, wonderful time Epcot was for us on that day.
Alex and Austin had to have berets in France.
And here is Sheri's mini meltdown of the whole trip. Trust me each of us girls had one. But since I was the one with the camera we didn't get my picture.
And our final of Epcot is only fitting of Austin telling it goodbye.
My final thoughts of Epcot: I love it. The last time we were there parts of the World Showcase had just opened. Now remember this was a long time ago. The girls weren't crazy about it so they stayed at MK and Don and I stayed at Epcot. ( Call me the bad mom. I would never ever do anything like that again. Times were different.)
I love the rides they had. Soarin, totally awesome and TT such fun. We so enjoyed being together as a family in such a wonderful place. I admit we can easily make our own fun and we do but the magic of Disney adds to that fun and makes everyone feel so special and fulfilled.
