Rain, Surprise Birthdays, Rain, First Visits -(Ginny is deceased-Prayers for her.)

I know what you mean. God has been good to me too. Along with all the blessing HE has given, my Dissisters are WAY up on the list.

Bunches of love back at cha  .

There are days that I don't know how I would handle without both. Life sometimes gets overwhelming. I am just thankful HE has helped learn to lean on him to help me thru.

I've missed seeing you around April. Hope everything is good with you. I found a Jan cruise but Don said no. It was too close to Christmas and taxes. Why do you have to have the good with the bad? So we will be looking to after April 15 or maybe March if the right one comes along. I can be packed in an hour tho. Have a great weekend.

Good morning, Ginny!

I hope you have a wonderful day!

You have a wonderful day Mel. Soooooooooooo close.

I'm with you on that one Ginny. There were times I have thought I couldn't take another day, but He picked me up and carried me through it.

Just wanted to drop in unannounced and say HEY:wave2:

I hope you had a great weekend and have a spectacular week.

Tuesday May 26, Happy Birthday Mike. You big 60 year old son-in-law. I just love that he is older than me. I can raz the heck out of him. We have breakfast ressies at Ohana for his birthday. And since it is his day he got to pick the park and what he wanted to do with his "Birthday Celebration".

It was raining when we arrived at Ohana and we were running about 10 minutes late. They dropped me off and I went up to get us checked in. It was a madhouse. The computers were down and people were everywhere. After about 30 min they asked if we wanted our picture and we were like the third group in line. They call us to our table so no pic for us. It was very bust and our cousin had 4 tables of 9 or more. I felt sorry for her. That lovely juice and bread was on the table waiting for us. She brought our drinks and then our food. Catching her for refills was all but impossible. I really felt sorry for her. The table next to us was demanding her attention every time she walked by. We had everything we needed with one stop except for more coffee. I wish she had brought us a pot. We still managed to enjoy ourselves and the food.

Here are a few breakfast pictures. The character interaction was excellent. Alex, Sandii and Sheri had a ball. I know one would think it would have been the boys but oh no, it's those crazy adult girls of mine.

All in all it was a wonderful Birthday breakfast and we had so much fun being together.

Continued next post

Ginny, love the photos at Ohanas. Looks like you guys had an absolute blast at the birthday celebration.

Don't you know we did? We love a party. Better yet when we can do it together.

I wish we could go together again soon. This time last year we were cruising.

fun breakfast; Ashton is enjoying your characters...he knows them all!!!

I can just imagine Ashton and Stitch. He/she was awesome with the younger kids. Sheri said she knew Mickey was a girl cause when he blew a kiss she smacked her lips and boys don't do that. That is a really fun breakfast to do.

Ginny, I love the Ohana breakfast pics. John has just as much fun with the characters as Hunter does. Except for Stitch....he can't stand Stitch.

I know he can't and I even thought of that as I was posting those pics last night. He really was good with the kids tho and that is the reason we went there. Seemed everytime they came to Don he was stuffing his face. The boys love Stitch. When Aust was at Disney when he was 12 he brought home the biggest Stitch ever, Andrew brought the big Sorcerer Mickey and Andrea got a Minnie. They had to hold them in their laps on the plane.

As we were ready to leave the Poly to head to Epcot it was still raining. We caught the monorail and made it to the TTA and from there the monorail was down so we had to transfer to busses. We had to stand out in the rain and finally caught the 4th bus to Epcot. I had Sheri take this pic on the bus. I had my big boys.

I don't very often get a pic of my big boys together.

We arrived at Epcot and this was Mike's big Birthday. He and Sheri headed to the will call booth so he could decide what he wanted for his special day. Within a few minutes Sheri ran over to us and wanted all of our cards. She said they had picked something fun for us all to do. In just a bit they came back with our cards and count em 6 fast passes. 3 for Donald rides and 3 for Mickey rides for the 9 of us. It was totally awesome.

We ended up with 27 FP's that day. We were in heaven. How many rides can we possibly ride.

We got a family shot upon arrival.

We went first to TT and used our own passes for FP's and the birthday FP. Austin then took our other two Mickey FP's and went to Soarin and got 2 FP's for that.

Alex and Sheri played on the splash pads for a bit. It was warm and it quit raining for awhile. Tim was having a lot of fun just looking around and snapping pics. This was his first trip and he thouroughy was enjoying himself.

We then head to TT for our first ride. The rain had slacked off (still sprinkling) but we managed to get in our ride. Loved it. We all did except Don. He got a bit dizzy but he tends to live that way anyhow. :rotfl:

We then came back thru Mouse Gears for a look see.

We stopped for a ride on Mission Space. Don and Mike chose not to ride so we managed to have fun while they held on to our backpacks.

I liked the ride ok but we did come out a little on the dizzy side. I know I could never do it twice in a row.

We then hit Ellen's show and Nemo. A good nap was in order during Ellen. We loved our clams and Nemo.

We decide to take a trip thru the farm. I've always called the Land the farm.

The ride was really the same as it was the first time I rode it all those years ago when it first opened.
We headed to Sunshine Seasons for a late lunch/early dinner and my first Soarin ride. I loved this ride so much. I can't believe that I have become such a thrill rider. So unlike anything I've ever done before.

As we came outside it was raining once again and we were tired. We had gone nonstop all day. We caught the monorail and headed back to Poly to pick up our cars and head back to CSR.

What a wonderful day. Thanks to Mike and our FP's it was grand.

That's totally awesome about those FP's. They can make your experience at Disney so much more enjoyable. And add a birthday on top of that, even better!

I love the picture of you laughing on the bus. You just SHINE in it! :goodvibes

Hi Ginny! Just stopping in to say hi and to hope that you had a great Thanksgiving. I'm so glad that you got to ride Soarin'. That is one of my favorite rides ever!! We didn't get to do it on our last trip to WDW but we were able to go on it over Thanksgiving at DCA.

Also, I'm so glad to hear about your test results! :cool1:
