I am so ready for tomorrow to get here. I got in a tiff with the boss last night and left at 630. We should be done by 530 on Wednesday. He was in such a mood. I don't know that I have ever done that before but I was done listening to him for sure. I haven't seen him yet this morning. I'm sure he will find me. This office has no hiding places. As above Mel. It is a s--- day for sure. But I will get thru it. I'm leaving at noon tomorrow. I have to bake 10 doz cookies tomorrow afternoon. So I am doing some research for the boss today. I always give Mitchell your hugs and kisses. You are so kind to think of him each day. I'm glad to be feeling better, too. I thought I was coming down with something. Let's keep our fingers crossed that DH feels better, too. Poor baby. Acts worse than Mitchell when he gets sick.

It is vent day for sure. Not even a full moon.

Adult men are the worst. Don has not been sick in probably at least 5 years. Thank goodness. I just go to work and leave him home to wallow in is own misery. I'm such a bad wife. When I'm sick he absolutely smothers me. I just want to be left alone. Needless to say we try really hard not to be sick.

I do think of all of my dissister's children everyday. I love to see pix of them and I can feel like I'm right there with them.

The photoguy tried to hand Alex a generic light saber and he said no thank you I'll use my own. It is the one he had made earlier. Of course when they take the pic you can't see Darth. It's all imagination. Too bad the guy cut Sandi's head out of it. She was in the very back.

I loved RNR. I had to ride a few times before I could keep my eyes open when it takes off.

When I'm sick, sometimes a like just a LITTLE sympathy, but I'm usually more grateful if DH takes Mitchell outside or plays with him in the other room and everyone just leaves me alone.

DH gets a little whiny when he's sick and he gets really grumpy, too. So he takes it out on everyone around him. It's not bad, though, but I know enough to just leave him alone and let him wallow, as you put it! Funny how he never gets sick, either, just like Don. But when he does, oh boy!

I'm going to post another update today on my thread. I hope it's not moving to quickly, but we're almost to the end of the vacation already!

GOOD MORNING! Just a half day, today! I hope it goes by fast for you and I hope the party is fun and sucessful.

Hope your day goes smoothly and you are able to get out on time and start the party!!!
Have a wonderful day!!! My day started off rushing; poor Chloe has a trigger thumb, her mom dropped her off at 5:00 and was to pick her up for 8:15. I was suppose to have her ready. WE WERE STILL SLEEPING WHEN SHE ARRIVED!!! so I was running around looking for that baby to eat while on her hr ride to the doctor (her mom said don't worry she at toast at three --I know my baby girl she wakes up hungry!) so I fixed her a cup of choc milk and a bag of dry cereal along w/a bag of trail mix. just hop they don't hurt my baby too bad (the treatment is normally a steroid inj into the tendon--ooouch!!! i had seen grown men come out with tears in their eyes!)

Aww, I hope that Chloe is okay! Poor thing. Don't you just hate to wake up and have to start rushing around? LOL at Ashton being a little wild man. That's what going to bed so early does to 'em! Sounds like a fun day for mommy and Ashton is in store. Have a good Friday!

Good morning to you Mel. I hope it is just a half day. Christine came in sick to her stomach this morning. I of course told her if she had to leave feel free and I could handle it. So we will just see how it goes.

Sheri has an ear ache, Austin's sinuses are driving him nuts. There is just a little bit of everything going on in my neck of the woods.

Football game tonite. It is an away game one and 1/2 hours away so we won't get home till around 11. Sandi said she would be here around 11 so that should all work out just fine. Don says we don't have to leave till 10:30 tomorrow morning so that gives me a chance to finish what I can't get done today.

You have a great Friday and be sure to give Mitchell a hug and kiss for me.

That poor baby. Isn't it weird for a child to get that? I would think so.

I hope for a great weekend for us too. I know I'm glad to see Sandi and Alex. Tim is not coming and I'll miss him but it is so bittersweet. When he doesn't come the dogs don't have to come either. Princess likes them ok but it is her house and she doesn't share nice. We have to put all of her babies away. Heaven forbid they would touch one.

Have fun at the wildlife place tomorrow. I hope you get to see lots of old friends.

He went on to work, after I told him not to, but he left an hour late because he couldn't drag himself off the couch. I didn't get within three of feet of him!

Well, I just got bad news...the family of seven will not be joining us tomorrow! two of the children have the flu! I pray mommy does not come down with it she has a 1 yr old; so, having to deal with the flu with that many children. I just feel for her!
I hope we are able to keep the flu at bay in our house. Mel I hope DH feels better soon! By pushing himself will only make it worse; hope he rest over the weekend!

On a good note: one of the girls coming let me know last night that her parents are going to be there tomorrow!!! my parents will be so happy to see them!!! this should be alot of fun I haven't seen some of this girls since 8th grade!

I'm so sorry about the family having illnesses. That is a lot of children to worry with during flu season. Seems like there has been no let up this year.

That will be nice for you to see your friends parents and your mom and dad to see them too. I know when we attend outings it is always nice to see the girls friends from school and then to get a chance to visit with their parents makes it really nice. I thank facebook for that. My girls would not have run into so many old friends without it. And then to find they live in our area and their kids go to school with the boys. Too much.

We are very cautious here. Keep lysol at each phone. Hand sanitizer at all desks and each table in the waiting room. Tissues everywhere. So we will keep it up. We had a new patient in yesterday with a fever, coughing, sneezing and the works. Stupid. We sprayed down everything when she left. We always tell them do not come when ill. We don't want it.

I hope DH feels better soon. Or you can make him better quick. I saw the comment of FB last night. Too funny
