DH really enjoys trying different types of beer. I am trying to think up some date night ideas. Does anyone know if Ragland Road offers a beer flight? Would we seem out of place if we just went here later in the evening for beer and appetizers or dessert? Are they open late?

DH had one of the beer flights at Raglan Road in October. He enjoyed it very much.
We love Raglan Road. It is a beautiful restaurant with great servers, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is lots of fun.
If you want a table I would make an ADR. However, I think you could also sit at one of the 3 bars.

Yes, sitting at one of the bars is an option. A very popular one. So if you want a guaranteed place to sit and eat, an ADR is the way to go.

Are you allowed to sit and enjoy the entertainment after your dinner (booked ADR)? Or will they want the table for the next reservation? How long will they let us sit at the table if we are just drinking? Will they move us to the bar area?

The later your dinner reservations the better chance you have for just sitting and enjoying beverages and the music. We have never been asked to leave the table if we are still ordering drinks.

Music starts anywhere from 7:30 to 8:00 pm.

They make more money on the booze, so if you are ordering drinks then I doubt they are going to ask you to leave. Love Raglan Road.

We dined at Raglan Road a few days ago for the first time. Everything was outstanding and we will be sure to go back in the future. We stopped by for an early dinner at 3:30PM. Their were only a few other people in the place so it made for a very quiet and relaxing dinner.

DW enjoyed her Shepherd's Pie. It was a good sized portion. My DD's each got the steak and really enjoyed it as well. I got the It's Not Bleeding Chowder and it was the best thing I have ate in a few years. I chased it down with two black and tan's. You just can't go anywhere and get a black and tan so I was sure to get it at Raglan.

I also have been a big U2 fan for 20+ years so it was really cool to see the U2 pictures throughout Raglan. They played a few U2 songs over their sound system in addition to other Irish songs and folk tunes. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable meal.

We LOVE Raglan Road!! Its a must do every trip We went twice in August & it was BUSY (3pm & 930pm reservations). The music & dancers are fantastic!

Both trips I've made to Raglan Road we've had ADRs after 8pm to fully experience the entertainment and have not been rushed from our tables after the meal. Tables around us seemed to be doing the same as well. We didn't stay too long after meal ended, but a beer or two after desert and no rushing. If you had an earlier ADR and there were guests waiting for a table they may rush you to turn the table.
