I was wondering how these desserts and dishes are:

Trifle Sinful
Kitchen baked swiss roll, Grand Marnier, berries, custard and cream.

I really like custard, but I don't know if I've ever had anything with Grand Marnier before and don't know if I would like it.

Sod the Stew - beef stew infused with a hint of Guinness

Is it a rich and beefy flavor or is it drunk beef tastin' like beer like the name suggests? lol

Keen Eye for the Shepherds Pie - We give the traditional shepherd's pie a little makeover with our contemporary twist to this favorite dish

Is this any good?

Thanks!

The shepherd's pie is the only one of the bunch that I've tried, and it was excellent but heavy. It has a very nice flavour to it and nice creamy potatoes on top, all in all a very good dish.

If you like Irish cream at all, the Bailey's creme brulee tart is To. Die. For. More like cheesecake than conventional creme brulee, it is so rich and creamy without being overly sweet or heavy, and had the most incredible Irish cream flavour without tasting alcohol-y in the least.

They had a Murphy pie on their lunch menu which is very good. The shepherds pie was tasty and impressive. DD9 loved it so much that she compelled me to take a pic before she tucked into it. It must have been very rich/heavy 'cause she couldn't finish it all.
DW had some spicy chicken dish, although tasty, she admitted it wasn't as good as the pie.

The trifle was very good for dessert. The bread pudding came with high expectations, but was a complete letdown.

Overall though, it was one of our favourite restaurants

I love their shepherds pie! I had it twice once on one of our trips it's so good. Also the scallops for an appetizer are worth the trip to Florida for me!

The stew is amazing at Raglan Road!! Everytime I go I always say I am going to try something new but I always end up with the stew...same goes for the bread pudding.
FYI: i don't like beer...especially guiness and I love this stew.

I've had the Keen Eye for the Shepherds Pie several times and always enjoyed it. I always get Ger's bread pudding when I get dessert. It is huge and so good.
