I believe at the above restaurant there is some form of entertainment.

Is it only on for say an hour a day, and what is it please?

Do you have to be seated in a particular area?

We were there in August. They had a live band which seemed to play for most of the evening. They also had a solo Irish dancer who stood on a podium every now and then and did a Irish dance. As far as I am aware, you could see this from most of the seating area.

From around 7pm each evening, the house band, Creel, plays on the small stage at the rear of the main bar and, from around 9pm, they're joined by an Irish Dancer, Danielle Fitzpatrick, who performs on a platform in the middle of the main bar. For a good view, I'd suggest sitting in this main bar area.

I don't think its on a Sunday though, as we were there on sunday 23rd august 09 and i read that there wasnt any entertainment

We went in 2007 and they had live music, Irish dancer, however they also had an eating and drinking competition which was gross. People ramming sausages and guinness down.

It was also very noisy and load with a lot of very drunk people so I didn't feel comfortable with my DD being in the bar area from about 8pm.

You're right, Rohais - the entertainment is Monday-Saturday.
