Raglan Road ???

I just ran across this menu on All Ears and I've never heard of this restaurant. Also, it's not in the Unofficial Guide book.

Anyone have any info on this place? What's the atmosphere like? Do they accept DDE?

I don't know about the DDE, but this is a brand new place at Downtown Disney (Pleasure Island) and it's fantastic! Best fish and chips on property. (Although, as I have mentioned before, not in the least "authentic" like they are at Rose and Crown.) The atmosphere is wonderful... big, beautiful Irish pub feel with huge bar and plenty of tables in several rooms. They also have both live and piped-in music playing. I would def. recommend it.

We ate there on our january trip and LOVED it!
It was toattly authentic Irish Pub Food! I have family there so it brought back memories...
Try the deep fried candy bar, sounds gross but it is great!
We ate outside and it was cozy, not at all noisy, we did not feel rushed, felt like we were out of the Downtown Disney madness and it is really kid friendly! We have a 3 year old.
We are going back for the free dining thing in September and were pleased to see that we can use our cs credits for Raglan Road.
Try it! You will LOVE it...
OH! The employess are great too, they played games with my daughter while we were waiting ( it was not crowded! ).

They do accept DDE. We had dinner there a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. It is a beautiful restaurant and we had great service. Very nice food presentation as well.

MadamMim, how would you describe the fish and chips? We didn't order it.

pdx family, the restaurant itself is TS although it does have a CS location listed as well. Is that where you ate? I didn't even notice any outside seating! Where did you enter for that? Oh, and welcome to the DIS!!!

Well, other than delicious? The fish and chips aren't authentically soggy the way they are at Rose and Crown. Instead they're crisp and the chips are seasoned slightly to bring out even more flavour. And it's really big. I was planning on having the bread pudding for dessert because I'd heard such great things about it, but I couldn't manage another mouthful after the fish and chips. If you're ever back at Raglan, you must try them.

Oh I tried the bread and butter pudding and it was oh so deliciously sinful. I was full from my dinner but never pass up a good bread pudding and with the vanilla and butterscotch sauces it comes with, delightful. You must fit it in next time. You won't be disappointed.

OP, This restaurant is fabulous in our book. We ate there in April and are going back in Sept. Loved everything about it!

Can you make Priority Seating or Advanced Dining Reservations (whatever they call it this week) at Raglan Road?

We loved Raglan Road, and there were eight of us, ranging from the three outnumbered 40-somethings to five kids from 17 down to 7.

Ate there tonight! We made an ADR this afternoon, it was delicious and yes they did accept the DDE.

I was there in April. LOVED LOVED LOVED the appetizers. They were better than the main course! Desserts were really good too. They have live music starting at 9 pm and an Irish step dancer preforms intermittently.


I went with 3 adults (one senior) a teen a 4 and 5 year old and an 18 month old. It was a little too loud at times for the baby but a wonderful place. They do take DDE but it is not on the list.

SORRY OP: My son is going to the University of Glasgow Scotland as well. He will be going for ART HISTORY!!! We are from Boston, he attends college in Rhode Island. YEAHHHHHHHH!!! UofG!!!!!!
