Raglan Road OR Turf Club???

Hi everybody


We will be a party of 8 (ages 11, 19, 20, 22, my DH and myself and my parents (mid-60's).

Need to decide on one last dinner;

So far we have, in order:

O'Hana's; Chefs de France; ?? dinner in question:we'll be in DTD; Whisp Canyon; Boma; Le Cellier and finally Wolf Pucks.

If we decide to go with the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs then we (the adults) will definitely stop in at Raglan's on our last night to sample the entertainment, have a beer and try the famous bread pudding!!! So....really want to know if anybody has any reviews for the Turf Club. I think maybe sitting by the waters edge overlooking DTD may be nice but then I hear soooo many people rave on and on about the food at Raglans!!!!!

Oh...we'd be looking at an earlish dinner on the Tuesday, so we wouldn't even be at Raglans by the time the entertainment starts if that makes any difference.

we checked out the turf club last thanksgiving - we stopped by saratoga springs and looked in the restaurant...looked pretty typical - nothing particularly special about it. raglan road is more interesting - the bar is good looking, the entertainment is great (be sure to ask for seating in the main dining room) and the food is pretty good...it would be a fun evening for the people in your group (especially those in their 20s!)
it is also fun to walk around that area after you are done with raglan road - so the evening can "continue" as you explore

We haven't eaten at the Turf Club - thought their menu was kind of boring actually. But we loved Raglan Road and had a blast there - food was good and the live music starts at 8PM.

Hi everybody!!

Thanks again for your input. I have made a 4pm ADR for Ragalan Road. We'll pop in there also on our last night of the trip to catch the entertainment!!!!

Our favorite meal of our trip last summer was.......The Turf Club!! Everything we ate was wonderful and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Have fun at Raglan though!!
