Raglan Road just canceled my reservation for tonight !

I booked a reservation months ago via Open Table for Raglan Road. I did it this way because it had better times available and I was able to put in a request to be near another party we are traveling with.

Yesterday I get an email reminding me of my reservation. Today I get an email from Open Table saying “the restaurant has canceled your reservation”. It is my niece’s 3rd birthday celebration, we are doing bibbidi bobbidi before then were planning on eating at Raglan where we are having a cake delivered from Amorette’s.

Ahhh!! We will never find another reservation at Disney Springs for our large party size. Am I SOL??

I would call as soon as they open at 11:00. (407) 938-0300 seems to be the direct non Disney number.

Maybe even leave a message on their facebook wall. That's really not cool. I would definitely mention the occasion and that you already made arrangements for the cake to be delivered.

How big of a party do you have?

Obviously start out pleasant as can be, but I would yelp the heck out of that if they don't fix it.

Strange. Did just your reservation get cancelled, not the other party that is booked?

Just for testing, I checked tonight at Raglan Road, for 8, and there are tons of openings. Not sure how big your party is but worth checking, if you can't get an answer from them directly. Maybe it was a mistake.

That's super weird....I feel like the only times I've had reservations cancelled by a restaurant were because they either had a flukey power/water issue or decided to close for a night due to weather/special events.

Hopefully you got in touch with someone....

Since there are resercations avaikable just remake it and call later.

Just an FIY....I had this happen once with a nonDisney Open Table reservation. I immediately went online and rebooked no problem. The restaurant had no idea why it cancelled. I think it’s a glitch with Open Table.

Just a thought. I just received a text about my open table reservation for tomorrow at the Edison. It said “press 1 to confirm 9 to cancel”

Might be if the text gets missed the reservation is automatically canceled?

With all the emails & texts I get it would be easy to miss one!

Call Raglan Road. If they've rented out the restaurant that is one thing, but if not they should be able to give you a new reservation. Don't know how large your party is though.

I bet this was some glitch and calling the restaurant should hopefully get it settled. It is possible they combined your reservation with the other party but it could also just be a mistake. They should fix it and there is NO excuse for them to cancel a reservation the day of unless the entire restaurant is having to close down. None.

Thanks everyone !! We are 2 parties of 6. The other party’s reservation wasn’t canceled. I was able to make another reservation (so weird - they had tons of times open) on open table so fingers crossed it will be fine. Hope it was just a glitch!
