We dined at Raglan Road (Pleasure Island)for the first time on Wednesday 5/16. We had PS for 8:30, arrived about 8:15 and were told wait would be about 10-15 minutes. We were not actually seated until 9:10, just a bit more than the 10-15 minutes we were told. I didn't have an issue with the wait time, just the estimate was so far off. We stood near the podium and each and every guest after us was told the same 10-15. It was very crowded so maybe their wait estimates have not been fine tuned yet.
We were seated close to the stage, just to the right of the step dancing platform and entertainment was spectacular.
We ordered Prawn Idol (Tiger shrimp) which just never came. We had Pie in the Sky and Shepherds Pie which were both very good and had a Trio Sampler for desert (each of the 3 were near full servings) which was incredible.
I would go back again and hope after a while they will adjust their wait time estimates to be more realistic and that they will actually bring you everything you order.
I recommend it for a nice change of pace especially if you like great Irish music and step dancing.

Thanks for your review! We have ADR's there for our trip in Oct. and I am really looking forward to the food and the fun! Maybe by then they will have their wait times straightened out. :wizard:

Thanks for the review! Our meal there was pretty good but not great--but we would go back in a heartbeat to listen to the band! We couldn't see the band from our table, but after dinner, we were able to get a seat near the dancing platform, and we stayed for two sets of music. It's a gorgeous place and the band was a blast.

Does anyone know what time the band starts? I was under the impression that it wasn't until later in the evening. We have ADRs for around 5:30 and the CM helping me said the band plays intermittently all day...anyone know for sure?

The night we were there, they started at 7:30 or 8ish. Also, I recently found out (on the DISboards!) that the band is not there every night, so if seeing the band is a priority, you definitely should call.

True, the night we were there they had 2 comedians performing:lmao: . They were good, but when you expect music and dancing  it's a bit of a let down.
