We are going down in late oct and have a DD and Dniece having Birthdays during the same time. Has anyone ate at Raglan? Just wondering what it was like.

Raglan Road is super good. Best fish and chips on property and the bread pudding is to die for. Great choice! :thumbsup2 :cheer2:

I'll second the fish and chips! They are the best! For those that like the fish and chips at UK in Epcot (which I am one of them) Raglen Road put them to shame! Have fun on your trip and Enjoy!

We have eaten at Raglan Road twice since it opened. Both times the food was wonderful and the service excellent. If you are not looking for hearable conversation with your party then ask for a table near the stage (go after 8:00 pm) and get a good seat to listen to the band and see the Irish Dancer. Raglan Road is now my 15 yr. old daughter's favorite restaurant at WDW.

Raglan Road is fantastic all the way around, food/service and atmosphere. It has quickly become one of our favorite places to dine at Disney. Bonus, they accept our DDE card. We have taken our adult children, grandchildren and friends from out of town. Everyone gives it high marks. We have had the opportunity to try almost everything on the menu..everything is great. The only thing that was so so was the pork chop..it was a bit tough the night I had it, so I am guessing that was an off night. All the desserts are fabulous, our favorite remains the bread pudding. For scallop lovers..the scallop forest appetizer is a must. The smokey fish dip is outstanding..it sounds wierd..hubby ordered it and I couldn't get enough it was so good. Hubby loves Kevins Kudos, the restaurants signature dish. I love the fish and chips. Like someone already mentioned..we hate the fish/chips sold in UK epcot pavillion..but at Raglan Road..they are excellent.

Don't forget they have the quick serve area around the corner..we have yet to try those deep fried candy bars, lol. Gotta remember the place is there.

Great souvenier shop also.

Anyone know the beers on tap, etc. available here? I really want to try this place next trip. I've read the menu and it looks great! :drinking1

I can't remember all the beers (and neither could our server, although the list was far from extensive) but the ones I can remember are Guinness, Bass, Smithwicks, Boddington, Harp, and I think Murphys Red.

I'm going to Raglan Road on are next trip in August. The only reason I'm really going is for the dancer(I'm mostly a ballet dancer, but I enjoy all kinds), so my question is are there a lot of tables with views of the stage, if not will they let you wait until one becomes open to seat you?

Bumping for an answer for Jane.

We've only dined there once so far but everything was excellent. It was early so no entertainment at that hour.

We missed the opening of RR last year. So this year we have to make up for it. We're planning on going the day we arrive for dinner and if we like it (theres Guinness..why wouldnt we?) we'll be back at least 2 times during the trip.

It's more of an elevated table than a stage. It's kind of in the middle of the bar area. I guess you can wait for a table in that area, if not you can hang out around the bar and see her just fine. She comes out about every third song or so.
