RAGLAN ROAD dining

Can anyone tell me if Raglan Road is on the Disney Dining plan ? Thanx gang !And how is the dining ? What is the best time to Go ?

It was on the DDP in September, I'm not sure about the 2007 plan.

I think the best time is about 8:00. The band/dancer started at 8:00 on the Thursday night we were there and it was great.

I didn't enjoy the Shepards Pie but the beer, appitizer and the dessert were great. The Bread Pudding was better then great it was amazing. I can't wait to dine there next week!

We went there in October and it was by far the best meal of the trip. I ordered some type of steak. We were on the dining plan and the desserts were awsome. It is on our list at least once next year.

We went at 8pm for the entertainment. Unfortunately the entertainment was dire. The air con wasnt working properly and the waiter was rude. It was an awful experience and I couldnt recommend it to anyone. The portions were tiny too and we were so glad to leave. It was so bad one of my two kids left in tears.

It is on the 2007 DP. We went back in December 2005 and loved it. The service and food was very good. I had the shepherds pie and it was tasty. I believe DH had the planxty and really liked it. We were too stuffed for dessert if I recall.

Didn't get to see the entertainment as we dined early. I would eat there again, just not this upcoming trip as we're not there enough nights.

Edited to add: I found my 2005 review with pics. Unfortunately, I don't see the planxty on their website's menu. It looks like the soups are different, but maybe the Irish Broth is the same as what we had (the Down the Middle soup).

I've seen mixed reviews on the service, but our server was wonderful and the manager stopped by to make sure we were happy. We were very impressed. Hope this helps!

I guess any restaurant can have a bad day but we LOVED Raglan. The food was great, the beer selection was fun and our service was superior. We especially liked the Guinness ribs and bread pudding.
