Does Raglan Road accept the Disney Dining Experience card?

Yes they do! We have used it every time since they opened. Great deal.

Wow, must have been someone who didn't know. That's too bad.

There are a couple times, not a Raglan Road, but other disney restaurants, the waiter will say..oh, we don't take that..wait a minute..what card is that..lol. It must look similar to some other discount type card.
