Depends on how busy the restaurant is if you could get there earlier than your ADR time and be seated. Check-in is 15 minutes prior to your ADR time.

We eat there every year and agree about 15 to 20 mins prior to your ADR is correct. They are very good about hitting your ADR time.

My experience with Raglan Road is that you will be seated at your reservation time. Only once were we seated early, but we had an early ADR so it was a very dead period of time when we went by and asked. I would not expect to be seated early though. Check in 15 minutes before your reservation.

The only times we have ever sat earlier than reservation time was when our reservations were made through Open Table instead of through Disney.
