What time does the first shuttle go to the port from the Radisson? What time does DCL begin letting people in the terminal?

I believe the gates open at 10:30 at the terminal.

The Radisson 's first shuttle is probably around 10:15. If you contact the Radisson directly they'll be able to give you better info.
