I have seen a price for £105 (Advance Purchase) - does this seem about right?

1 night - 2 adults & 1 child. I have looked and some other sites are more expensive - has anyone come across any better deals?

Where did you get that price from, seems a good deal.

Their own website - it is right at the bottom of the price list - so could easily be missed. Once booked you cannot cancel or change etc...

I would go for it. We're not flying from Manchester this year, but I just checked my invoice from last year and we paid £155 for a double room. (It was a business class room, but still, the quote for the regular rooms was £120 per night). I also found it cheaper to book directly. Have you checked cashback websites? You may be able to book via there. ;)

Yes - I think some are offering 12% but at the higher rate of £120 or £125 - so like you said - it's not bad. Did you find it alright?

For me it's the only hotel! :) I find the "atmosphere" very cold at reception. Not that they aren't friendly, but then there are often staff at the check in desk who do not speak English as a first language so that may have something to do with my perception. I have to say though, last year the staff when we checked out in the morning were super friendly. DD loves the sky walkway. She also likes sitting at the window and watching the planes on the runway.

The restaurant is quite nice too if you need somewhere for dinner.

Thanks :thumbsup2 I have booked it now - funny but my DD also said it would be better to walk to the airport. Kids

It's only 5 minutes walk along the sky link. If it is still dark outside when you leave it looks so pretty with the blue lighting too.

I paid £79 on expedia and then got 12% cashback via quidco for a room this December.

Wow. That is really good. The cheapest I can find with 15 days parking is £174!!! :scared1: I am off to Expedia to see if they can do better. :thumbsup2

This is a good price - we're paying £200 and something pounds for family room (which is two interconnecting rooms) and 15 days parking. Hotel is lovely and the walk-way is really "magical" - just a little walk to the terminal (we like walking it the night before!!) Food isn't great, we usually keep the car and drive to the TRafford Centre as it's only 5 minutes away. This year we're going to early in the morning, spend a little time at the viewing park, then go to the Trafford Centre to watch Toy Story 3, then back to the Radison with some Crispy Kreme Doughnuts!!!!!

You're gonna love it!!!

We paid £155 for 2 adults in a business class room. Weve stayed there twice now. The breakfast buffet is great and we like the fact you can just walk to check in. Last year we used the swimming pool and sauna. It really gets the holiday off to a good start.
