Radio Disney Employee

Hi all,
My girlfriends' daughter is a radio disney employee, working part time, but not seasonal. She has no clue if she's eligible for any cast member benefits, (mother and child). Child- 23- did ask boss if she was eligible for benefits and they said no, but I am sure she wasn't specific about disney benefits, not meaning medical benefits. Is there any Radio Disney employees who can help me out?

I work for Radio Disney too part time and I was told we do not get any cast member benefits or discounts. It's a lot of fun, though!
