Hi, thinking of heading into NY to see the Rockets at the Christmas spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. I've been looking around the web to try to find some sort of offer code, but can't locate anything. For some reason even my AAA code isn't working. Anyone seen any codes around for the show? A little shell shocked when I saw the prices, we haven't been in quite a few years! Thanks!!

Just go to the TKTS booth. Same day tickets will likely be available

I received one in the mail it says to go to rockettes.com/dm1b. It's not valid on all performances but it there are a good amount. Also if you have a Chase credit card they offered discounts.

Thank you everyone! I'm realizing since we're looking at a Sat in Dec. for during the day (not 10 at night), we probably are going to have a tough time finding a discount for that time of day, but I will try the codes you suggested, and we do have a chase credit card, so maybe I'll just use that-thanks again!

I saw them on goldstar. There are weekend dates available, but they are for the very early or late show.

Plum Benefits emailed me about them, but that date/times are not included. They often put out promo codes for their own box office that are closer to the dates of the show, but the key is the flyer says only on "eligeable dates/times/seats" so you may show up and find nothing applies that day for thier own code as well. The best I have gotten with their direct offer was BOGO but it was always on a weekday at like a 2pm or 7pm show and was orchestra seats (what was left in middle or towards back).

If it is the first Saturday in December in the middle of the day you are at peak time, especially as tour busses come in for day trips, so discounts may be few and far between as some discount sites show that it is a blackout date. I would instead look for economical seat choices. I think 3rd Mezz is way too high up to enjoy (did that once last minute, terrible choice). 2nd or 1st Mezz if you are in the first 5 rows towards center are not bad (2nd over third but it will cost more- may cost as much as orchestra seats). Orchestra is very big, if you do choose lower price seats there try to be as far center as you can towards the back for better viewing of dance formations, although you may have a harder time seeing things on the balconies (which to me those actors/actresses are secondary to the rockettes). Also mezz may be better these days as they do things up towards the ceilings thanks to technology so with seats at back of orchestra your view may be obstructed.

We've done Orchestra Center and 3rd Mezz front row center and thought we had a better view in the 3rd Mezz. It's a personal preference.

We are going ... I had the chase offer and it did not work out for us for our time frame, on Friday night 7:30 show... I looked at a bunch of seats, sections, levels... and then decided that sitting where we wanted to was only around 20.00 more a ticket so I just went for it... Its just DH and I so not a huge extra cost...
