Hi Everyone,

Has anyone stayed here recently?
What did you think of this resort?
They are offering some really good rates at this resort at DU.

Any and all reviews would be welcome.
Tracy

I would be interested to from hearing from someone who has recently stayed there.

tracycd2 - What does DU stand for?

Hi sncbird,

Its me tracycd2 again, I just wanted to let you know that
I just read 23 reviews of this hotel on a couple of different
sites (22 on travelosity, and 1 on Deb Wills site) Most of them
seemed very positive and only a couple negative. Most people
thought it was a really nice resort and a good value for the
money. Thought i would let you know.
I think if we don't go with a package from way up here in
Canada and we decide to drive I think we have finally found our
hotel.

Hi Tracycd2,

We booked here from March 9th - 14th, but do to a skiing accident we have to push our trip back a few months. I've done extensive research and this place seems like a winner. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Hi Hillbeans,
Sorry to hear you had to put off your vacation. I hope you are on the mend. Thank you for your input. The Raddison does seem to be a nice resort.

I can't believe I couldn't figure out DU was for Dreams Unlimited  Thanks for letting me know!! I'm glad
the Radisson has gotten such good reviews. It look like a great deal for the money. I would love to hear from someone who has recently stayed there.

i have stayed there 3 times and loved it, it is great from the pools to the rooms to the food to the service, everything and it is in an area where there is a lot to do and a lot of restraunts, we are staying there again in june, highly recomended!

We didn't stay there, but we did tour it. The lobby is very nice and so are the restaurants. The pool seemed to be a nice size. Not small, alittle bigger than the CR pool. THe rooms are very nice and clean. If you choose building 6000, the beds are fitted with sheets imported from Italy and felt very comfy. Building 6000 is more of a plain decor, but very stylish. I didn't go into the other building's rooms, but was told they are more colorful. The staff was very helpful and let me take a tour without any problem. They were very accomodating. If you choose a bottom floor you can go out to the pool from your sliders. I usually stay on site, but this hotel and the staff made me change my mind on only staying on site. We would stay at this resort in a minute. There isn't much of a theme, but neither is the CR and thats where we always stay. For the price this resort can't be beat.

We stayed there in December (our first off site stay in many years and since d is a Radisson employee we got a fabulous rate) That being said, we loved it. The rooms were large and comfortable and as karabear says the pools and food service are great.

Our only complain was the free shuttle. After spending so many years at DXL . not being able to get a bus just abount anytime yo wanted one was a pain. They take you to the TTC 3xs each morning and we could never find the bus to come back, so we were cabing back every night. You'll be better off with a car.
