So... Who else is kind of disappointed with Universal's announcement for what's going on at the HP land? I was expecting more rides. Sure 3 rides is quite cool, and more rides then the FL renovation, but I was at least expecting more new rides, then 2 rides already existing, but with a different theme. Also, 6 shops? I don't really like shopping so they won't really bother me, giving me less to really enjoy. 2 restaurants selling traditional British fare, such as butterbeer and pumpkin juice? They're not even real! Well, not yet anyway, but they can't be considered traditional if they've been made up in the past decade or so. Actually, pumpkin juice is probably already real (most likely) but it's certainly not British. There's an Owlery where you can send mail by owls! How's that gonna work? I do like the idea of Hagrid's Hut where you learn how to treat a hippogriff. Olivander's also sounds quite cool, where the wand picks you! Oh, in Hogsmeade there's gonna be snow everywhere. How are they going to make you feel cold? Would you need to bring a jacket with you in case it's too cold?
Yeah, so i'm more disappointed about the lack of new rides, amount of shops, and stuff, then I am about other things. It's going to be an awesome immersive experience indeed, but I don't think i'll visit until the year after it's open. Don't want to face the crowds.
