it's called a telectroscope. It's some new thing they've added for a short while. It basically shows you New York from London and vice versa.

my parents had to rush my dog to the emergency room because she's been having a ton of seizures lately.
I'm scared that we're gonna have to put her down.

When I was walking home from my bus stop I tripped on the curb.
