these tablets are stupid.
take the tablets three times a day with or after food
Side-effects of tablets: loss of appetite.

a) ye thanks for checking i don't have an eating dis-order(which i dont unless uoi count over-eating but still)
b) ever since i've had these tablets i haven't wanted to eat(which isn't going to harm me coz a 2 week break from over-eating is probably called for anyways)
c) i just took a tablet after 1 tomato which is probably not what they meant( but i've lost my appetite dippys)
