Maybe you can find a virtual dissection. They have them for frogs, so why not pigeons?

I told my teacher that I think its wrong to be disecting pigeons. I said that they obviously didn't find the pigeons dead and they are killing them for us to disect them.
I basicly said that, except it was much longer and about 10 minutes
I had to tell her on the spot too...
If she doesnt let me after my argument tommorow, I will make my mom or dad write a note.
Its not thats I'm scared to cut it, I think that its wrong

We did pig hearts in year 8.
They were bought from a grocer so I guess it's just like buying bacon and eating it.
We have to do locusts and rats bought from pet shops and disect them alive though, I refuse.

there are 15 classes, and 7 pigeons per class.

-a turtle
-a catfish
-a squid
-a dogfish (shark-type thing)
-a frog
-cow eye
-fetal pig

Thats... all I think...
