On an upcoming trip we will be eating dinner at Be Our Guest and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. They both offer a "version" of Rack Of Lamb, prepared slightly different. Has anyone tried both? Can you offer a recommendation for either?
If I don't get the lamb at Be Our Guest, I will probably get the Braised Pork (Coq au Vin Style). If I don't get the lamb at Akershus, I will get the Braised Beef Short Ribs. Any recommendation on these dishes is also welcomed.
