...It was a bitter sixty-five degrees when I was outside in those pictures. Man, I suffered so much.

Angie: we actually went to On A Shoestring in Bradenton to get the shirt. We occasionally like to visit there to buy stuff and keep them in business, since they are a small store.

Mel- Thank you so much for all of your hard work! I love the Race Ready shirts. The length is so much better. I am willing to take my chances on snagging. Does RaceReady think it will have any trouble putting our design on the shirts? If not, I say we should go with them.

It looks great (and your "model" is such a good sport!) I'd love to order that for my first WISH shirt! Actually, I'd order both the short-sleeve and the singlet, both in v-neck if I can.

I'm working on talking my sister into joining the WISH team, and when I told her all about The Shirts she asked about the fabric. She won't wear anything cotton to run in, so Mel you just may be helping me convince her to come along!

While they may be warmer/hot they too are made of wicking fabirc and also available in cotton for scream teamers and sweat shirts for the week after since the last 2 years we've sure needed sweatshirts and coats.

Thanks! I didn't realize that the original shirts were wicking fabric. I'm glad to hear about the Scream Team shirts too - my DS and DD are already excited about wearing them to cheer in. I guess they're Mini-Teamers! (I'd say Minnie-Teamers, but DS9 would NOT like that, lol!)

Are there regular cotton shirts available also? I'm not sure what I was reading on everyone's posts.

I would be interested in a v-neck, I have a Race Ready shirt that I really like. DH Scott (Scott H) would probably also be in for a short sleeved or singlet. I also like the lime green better than the yellow green.

Heather...I haven't gotten that far with the design questions yet. The owner has been corresponding through email, but I'm afraid he doesn't move as quickly as I'd like (doesn't he know we need to have this stuff together for Minnie/Flying Pig ) I also need to try and reach Sunny (I sent her a PM) to be sure she's okay with all this since it's her design.

Angie...On A Shoestring had women's RaceReady stuff too, just no lime green. You could check out the stuff for sizing and fabric quality (I'd love to get another opinion!). They did have one more men's lime green singlet in large. I was so excited when I found the lime shirt, I didn't think to try on the women's sizes

As Lily said, the classic WISH shirts will still be available for the folks that still want to order them. Alertshirt has been great and still has options that I haven't found with anyone else like the sweatshirts and plain cottons. They've also been very reasonably priced. Another concern with the tech shirts is cost...they're running about $22 printed, so maybe $26-$28 each once we add in shipping.

No pouchs on these. I can check and see what versions they have with pouches but right now don't recall seeing any. Eye2eye does a cycling shirt with pouches.

Alertshirt has teh larger sizes, sweatsshirts and cotton options, as well as teh wicking race shirts that we've had since 05.
