If I had to guess, the Motor Speedway.

I imagine they mean the Walt Disney World Speedway where the Richard Petty driving experience thing used to be.

If you mean the Speedway (as in the construction around the MK parking toll plaza) they are just constructing a new type of speedway.... one that will speed guests from Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, Ft Wilderness, Golden Oaks, etc southbound away from MK without having to go in front of the TTC and Polynesian.

And why do you suppose they did that? Encourage motorists...or combat that once every ten year occurrence of a parking problem...
