Prize for the Race to the Royal Throne is that the winner gets his or her picture taken, and it is put on Fin's royal wall woot!

Okay, before everyone starts to bash this prize -

There was a whole lot of people on another thread just talking about how vmk is for kids, about kids, and kids should be made happy in a game.

If you are a little kid, I am guessing having YOUR picture on a HOSTS wall would make you be beside yourself with joy! "omg host fin took my picture and put it on her wall!"

It is nothing that would make me do somersaults, but for some, I bet it's quite a thrill!

I would have to agree with Dreams, this Prize is for the Younger players today. Plus it's only 1 Host game that is doing this Prize, the Weekend is coming up.

this is the only event on the calendar for today! I wonder what they will do for the quest tomorrow, and for the Enchanted Doors event?

Ok I agree that the little kids would like it... BUT
So they make this event on a Friday at noon here on the west coast
AND they make it a race game instead of teleporter so more could be winners???

I think VMK should realize that more people 10 and up play VMK than people less than 5.

Edit: I can't believe that a 10 year old would want a picture of HIS VMK CHARACTER on a wall in a room for 2 hours.

I'm half expecting this to become a teleporter game. If not by the end of today, then probably by next week. That's what happened with last month's race game because of too much lag. If this works out well enough to keep it a race game all month, that's great. I hope it does work, I just don't expect it to.

While you dont, I know plenty others that do have rooms full of pictures just from their history of VMK (love the pictures of my friends and they love to see them.) So while you may have your opinion of it there are others who think the idea is really cool.

I was just in her room and there were alot of pictures up there already and while I was in line I looked at all of them...
Also, all of those who won while I was in line in the room were VERY happy to have their picture up there.

I lost in the first round of getting to the seats. My character took the long way around the seats... LoL

Ok I got in the game. I let my son msbob do the clicking for me to try and get me in a seat, and he cried because I did not get my picture on the wall. Now keep in mind he is seven. Going back to previous posts about it being for kids and such it is true. He really wanted my picture on the wall. This is TMI, but the reason he could not do the event is he is on computer restriction. I just wanted to share my observation from a seven year old.

When I was in the room tonight Host said that no prizes are being given out by the host all month long. The only prizes this month is from the quests.

I hope they post the prize information in the "room information" so people don't waste hours in line if they are not going to like that prize.
