Ran the Reindeer Run at Sea World yesterday. Hopefully, the weather will improve before marathon weekend. It was hotter than the spring race held on the same track in April.

I was going to run the long run on Friday when the low was in the low 50's but work intervened. So I ran a 3 hour run this AM just in front of the thunderstorms. Temps were 75F when I hit the trail at 0400. Totoally wasted now.

This week, a couple mornings in the 40's...

Way to go everyone!

I ran the Holiday Run (4 miler) here in Columbus. Did pretty good despite having to walk a lot due to icy trails. Finished in 1:01:23 (15:21 pace). Didn't even run the last mile as it was a bit of an ice rink
