I have a hot, humid and hilly race in the morning, all my favorite things. I love this race, The Franklin Ky Garden Spot race, because it draws some strong competition. Most of the best walkers from the area come to race. I was second last year but I'm not as fast right now as I was last year, good endurance but haven't done any speed work.

I have a 5K on Saturday and one on Sunday. I am doing the Glenville Heritage run in Cleveland on Saturday the 8th and the Race for Children's Sake at the zoo on Sunday the 9th.

Thanks for the well WISHes with my ET Midnight run! I have been looking forward to this all year. The weather is supposed to be beautiful and the moon has been nice and bright. I've got my headlamp, reflective tape, alien green running skirt, and glowsticks ready.

Chris! I will do that! Although, I hear the teeny tiny town we are running in has no cell phone reception(or even a gas station for that matter). I might have to morse code it! I'm sure I'll have plenty of interesting things to report!
