Me too! I know 15K the week before a half isn't the best idea.. but I'd heard about the baby footprints on the medal and couldn't resist. Glad you made it!

The Great Race in Pittsburgh was a really good event. They had about 14,000 runners which is pretty big for a 10K and 5K. We had to park at the finish line and get bussed to the start which was a bit chilly since I had about a 2 hour wait at the start line. The course was almost completely down hill except for 2 stretches which were pretty steep inclines. We ran from the Squirrel Hill area through Carnegie Melon, U of Pitt, and Duquesne before finishing at Point State Park right downtown. My time was 39:02.

Pittsburgh is one of the cities I am considering for my spring half. Right now I am leaning towards either that one or the Flying Pig in Cincy but if there is a bit WISH contingent at a different race close to home I might be swayed to do that one instead.
